The backup camera interface enables the connection of a rear view camera to your factory-installed system NTG4.5 Main Unit. The rear view camera is active when reverse gear is engaged. The image from the reversing camera will be displayed on the factory fitted screen.

What does backup camera interface used for?

For some entry-level car, it doesn't have camera and parking guidelines to assit parking.

This backup camera interface is used to integrate an external rear camera and front camera to car's orignal screen. And it would also display the parking guidelines to assist parking safely and accurately.

How Do I know If My car's NTG4.5?

You may need to take out your main unit with special tools. it's wrote at the rear of the main unit.

Why the interface power not off after turn off engine?

Because the power of interface is from +B instant power, it would turn off automatically about 3-4 mins after turning off engine.
